El Valle Golf Resort
El Valle Golf Resort probably the most exclusive resort on the east coast of Spain. 369 luxurious villas and 319 apartments within a closed perimeter. The architectural style of the complex shows the historical Moorish influences of the region and offers both rustic and contemporary design. Mar Menor Golf Resort

La Loma Golf Resort
La Loma Golf Resort designed by renowned Mexican architect José de Yturbe stands out from the other complexes due to its special emphasis on sports and health which is reflected in a professional Sports Centre with tennis and squash courts, football pitch, indoor sports arena and indoor pool, as well a golf academy. There are 328 apartments and 116 villas ranging offering homes surrounded by plazas, walkways, fountains and cascades that include quality and architectural design.

Las Terrazas de la Torre Golf Resort can be found just 10 minutes from the beach, where the main feature is the 18 hole golf course designed by Nicklaus Design. Furthermore, the proximity of Las Terrazas to La Torre Golf Resort which is already up and running, allows it's residents to enjoy all of the extensive services and facilities of both resorts. The properties are assembled in groups of apartments, in 4 storey
buildings, and form a “U” shape around a swimming pool and private area.
Jardines de Alhama Golf Resort
Jardines de Alhama literally translated means The Gradens of Alhama which is exactly what you will find in this completely pedestrianized resort within the Condado de Alhama resort. The 2 storey properties are nestled around lush green areas and appear to blend into their surroundings.

Cortijos de Alhama Golf Resort
The Cortijos de Alhama are a collection of luxurious villas that sit in an exclusive corner of the Condado de Alhama resort and are accessed by their own private security gate behind a dedicated perimeter wall.
There are approximately 40 properties that are made up of Jazmin, Amapola and Azahar villas on plots ranging from 480 m2 to over 1,100 m2 sitting opposite the 18 hole Jack Nicklaus course. An ideal place the Cortijos de Alhama are apedestrian area characterised by green, open spaces and recreational areas.
La Isla de Condado Golf Resort
Set in the middle of the lake "El Gran Lago" La Isla de Condado is just that - The Island of the Condado a collection of 4 storey apartments set around the edge of the island with breathtaking views over the Jack Nicklaus Golf Courses or the Lake. Los Naranjos de Alhama Golf Resort
The Oranges of Alhama - so represented by its abundance of orange trees lining the streets and garden areas of the resort. Located at the heart of the Condado de Alhama Resort and close to the main Town Centre, El Oasis and alongside the wide central boulevard, Los Naranjos de Alhama boasts its own Town Centre, El Agora.
Los Naranjos de Alhama offers Penthouse apartments as well as the 2 bedroomed Villa Janas for sale Next to the town centre El Agora and the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. The resort has its own Club House - agreat place to meet, the Club House has a restaurant, a bar, a cafe, changing rooms with sauna, administration offices etc.
Golf Suites de Alhama Golf Resort
Situated next door to the prestigious Cortijos de Alhama Resort the Golf Suites de Alhama are a collection of two storey 1 bedroomed apartments surrounding a pool area some overlooking the pool areas and other with frontline golf views.
This small development is ideal for holidays or rental potential as the suites come with a number of useful services just a telephone call away to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. The one bedroomed apartments, also have terraces and private gardens offering the best
